Big lump in my throat. That’s beautiful expressed and so true.
Thanks for sharing that with us.

I know it’s still so hard. I know Odin’s transition seems like yesterday….and seems like years ago….and sometimes it seems like it’s impossible that it even happened.

Do you feel like posting any poctures? I fall in love over and over again everytime I see Odin’s blog banner. He ALWAYS melts my heart.

    Love and hugs

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

I don’t know what to say, but know my heart hurts with you. Osteosarcoma attacked both my Rotties. We had Bruno 10 years, his age unknown, when xrays showed OSA. He wasn’t a candidate for amputation. I needed him to wait until Thursday before he could cross the rainbow bridge. When Thursday came he was looking good and I asked for more time, but he needed to go. I’m laying in bed right now with my Rufus, he’ll be 8 next month. He’s 3 days post-op right front leg amputation. He’ll get sutures and start chemo 10/27/17. I first suspected something 9/22, took xrays 9/27 amputated 10/9. I know this cancer is aggressive and now it’s trying to attack my family again- I’ve learned to be aggressive. Cancer sucks! Our love for our creatures is all they want. You gave your all to Odin! Rufus was so excited after his poop yesterday that he almost came running in a mad dash as he usually does, so we had to scold him. I can relate when Odin took off running for that bird. Rotties are so amazing and I’m glad you’ve had them in your life since you were a baby.
